Shirley Bonnem
Having been associated with The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the nation's oldest children's hospital for more than 34 years, and a marketing/public relations consultant to more than a dozen hospitals, Shirley Bonnem has experience in every aspect of communications. During her professional career she was responsible for public relations marketing, development and government affairs. She is the author of more than 40 articles and book chapters on on health services branding, communications management and other healthcare-related topics. She has written two books. Shirley Bonnem has lectured throughout the United States and in Austria, Canada, China and New Zealand.
